All regular catalog items may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.

We are sorry, but there are no returns or refunds for custom orders.

Orders that have been in your possession for more than 30 days and unwanted custom orders may be traded in as scrap toward store credit only.

If you are returning an item because of a mistake Whirling Sun made or because of a defect, then we will refund the cost of return shipping. However, if you are returning an item because of “buyer’s remorse” or because of some other reason that is not our fault then you will not be reimbursed for the return shipping.

It is your responsibility to ensure that items are packaged well and that they are properly insured if their value is over $100.
